Self Pour Beer Laws By State
Is self pour beer legal in your state? I started by looking up the specific laws but it was taking WAY too much time. So if I found any self pour establishments in the state I just said that it’s legal. Most legislation refers to the system as “self-service” instead of self pour, just FYI.

From what I understand from the code I’ve read it looks to be legal.

Alaska:
I can’t find the specific law that says that it’s legal. But there is a self pour wine bar so it should be legal.
Arizona
There are a few self pour bars in Arizona. It’s legal.
Arkansas

California
There are quite a few self pour bars in California. Shouldn’t have a problem.
Colorado
Self Pour Beer is already the hot topic in Denver. Go for it!
Connecticut

I have no freaking idea! I couldn’t find it on the books so it could be anyone’s guess.
